Project Monitoring

Hi Consulting currently provides project monitoring services for Innovate UK, on the Collaborative R&D, feasibility and SBRI programmes and Jisc (UK) on the Reach Programme.

For Innovate UK alone, Hi Consulting have monitored over 150 projects with a total grant value in excess of £110m representing an R&D investment of over £215m and representing 250 project years of work.

Grant and Loan funding scheme projects are normally monitored on a quarterly basis and will typically involve:

detailed progress reporting
site visits
financial checking
claim approvals

However our services can be tailored to suit the individual requirements of your local, regional or national development agency.
